"I profoundly welcome you to Govt. Associate College for Women, Rehmatabad, Rawalpindi. As the Principal of this college, I am indebted and deeply grateful to Allah Almighty, the Sovereign and Majestic, the One worthy of all praise, for endowing me with unwavering strength and rewarding the strenuous efforts I have put into making this college a top-notch institution of Rawalpindi.
When I joined this college, it was in its nascent stages, facing infrastructural and basic-amenity related challenges. A great deal of work was done to bring it up to the standard I had envisioned. Tireless efforts have been devoted to making it a flourishing institution equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, science laboratories, and a digitized e-library.
The aim of Govt. Associate College for Women, Rehmatabad, is to channel and nurture the talents of students, instilling in them the core values of honesty, dedication, and integrity, so they can make a constructive impact on the world and shoulder their responsibilities courageously, preparing themselves to face life’s challenges with an undaunted spirit.
We strive to enable our students, our greatest asset, to reach the maximum potential of their capabilities and use their abilities to make this world a better place to live in, setting an exemplary example for generations to come. Under my strategic vision, and through the strenuous efforts of our learned and talented faculty, we will continue to actualize our mission and add more value for the benefit of our college and our students."

History
Government Associate College for Women Rehmatabad, Rawalpindi, is situated in the locality of Rehmatabad, Rawalpindi. The college was established in 2009 with the aim of providing quality education to the students of the area.
In its nascent stages, the college was budding under the visionary leadership of Principals Professor Riffat Majeed, Professor Gulnaz Qudus, and Professor Farha Deba, whose dedication and commitment laid a strong foundation for the institution.
On 18th September 2023, Dr. Saba Lone joined the college as Principal. Under her dynamic and visionary leadership, the college has witnessed massive developmental and academic progress. She took the existing challenges head-on and worked tirelessly to strengthen the academic standards, and promote a culture of excellence.
With her dedicated efforts , the infrastructure of the
college has also developed significantly with the construction of a new hall
and a separate academic block. These additions have enhanced the learning
environment by providing improved facilities for academic, co-curricular, and
administrative activities.
Her relentless efforts and commitment to quality education
have set the institution on a path toward becoming a top-notch educational
institution. Through effective administration, faculty development, and
student-centered initiatives, the college continues to flourish and achieve new
milestones under her guidance.
